In this week you will learn to create an appropriate course structure for blended delivery using Moodle. You will focus on active learning, which is to create activities for learners instead of merely "covering content". For this purpose you will begin to explore Moodle and its functionality/affordances.
Outcomes: after you work through this week's activities, you should be able to:
Describe Moodle jargon and roles
Describe the importance of blended learning, active learning, Bloom’s Taxonomy and constructive alignment to ensure learner/student engagement
- Commence implementing Moodle's functionality/affordances in your course while updating your learning design/blueprint accordingly
