Online information can be trusted dependent on the source of the information. In this case we were researching about a DEL, which the person posted of himself. Now that person could be lying about themselves, but Facebook information can be use as a reference to a more professional source.
Sometimes it is not easy to spot fake news while researching, but if your search is more in-depth, one can spot fake information.
In this case i didn't need to do any other search since I also personally knew the person I was investigating about.
