In Mike’s scenario, I believe the case for change is made in response to both strengths and opportunities and a reaction to weakness and threats. Strengths and opportunities because he is saying that Education should be the leader in the usage of technology and digital learning and utilization. We should be leading the frontier in digital utilization since we are living in the 21st century. It can also be a response from weakness and threats, since he was saying other areas in society are advancing in digital utilization such as Television, music, television, publishing etc.

My senior manager does support this case for change especially seeing the reality of Covid-19. They realize there is a need to in cooperate digital learning as a supplementary tool in the classroom.

Our student does support this case for change by and large. However, there is a great challenge because many students don’t have access for internet.

Both students and teacher will be directly affected by the change associated with the learning and adaptability at the introduction of digital learning. Teacher will have to alter the way they teach and assess; students will have to alter the way they learn and receive information.

The impact of this vision will be far reaching because not only will our students be put in a better position to be more prepare to face society and the now 21st century technological world, but the community at large have the possibilities of being affected by generation of young person culture in a mindset o development and achievement through technology and innovation.
