Students are digital natives, and they love the idea of implementing technologies in the classroom, they would support the change. The ones directly affected would be the digital immigrants, who sometimes are reluctant to change, especially with technology. Those with limited resources such as Internet and devices will also be impacted drastically.
The case is for change in response to strengths and opportunities. Management would definitely support the change, especially in regards to the situation. Management had been supporting such changes since before the pandemic, whereby the transitioning had already taken place.
