Donna’s Change Scenario Vision would be aligned with our school’s vision. Belmopan Methodist School has invested all resources and made plans to address the weaknesses and threats that staff and students are faced with. The hopes and assumptions are that everyone can learn with technology. Our senior manager had adopted fully to the idea of learning with technology. The service that the school provides caters to the students, they are the direct recipients of this change. Most students seem to take to learning digitally whilst few students are still looking forward to face-to- face learning as they have openly aired their concern that digital learning is so difficult. I, however, remind students that empowering themselves digitally to become life-long learners as they choose career paths that will encompass technology.

In addition, the teachers, parents, and administration are directly affected by this change and have been adopting to the digital Google Classroom. Teachers are using a collaborative approach to learn these digital tools to engage in the digital learning approach as well as promote and incorporate the approach into our school. Administration/Senior Management has embraced and willing enabled the staff to strive in this digital world.  Administration has purchased the gadgets and tools such as VLE and additional Apps like Peardeck as these tools will provide students with ways to develop digital knowledge and skills. Our school has shared our vision, so it is known to our parents, employers, and community as we encourage their support.
