Change Scenario - Donna's Case

I believe that Donnas scenario is based on the strengths and opportunities of her institution.  Since, she is seeking ways to work with what is available to them and their students.

It is visible for my institution that they would be able to manage and approve this case since it can be said that we have begun the process.  Teachers have been provided with the necessary devices and relevant training to be able to better assist students in adjusting to online learning.  Most students would be in full agreement as they are now, mostly all of them on board and sharing positive feedback.  They have the advantage to stay at home and conduct online sessions at the comfort of their home.  The ones significantly affected are those students living in remote areas where they lack access to electricity which is a much needed resource to have them engage in online learning.

It is very important to envision technology in the educational realm, however; we want to strive in making a positive transition rather than negatively impacted those who may not be able to tag along for reasons they have no control off.  Implementing new technological tools in education is an advantage for any educational institution since students will be attracted and will want to be a part of it.  Prospect employers may develop collaborations with such schools who would market their students and ensure job positions.  In addition, the community would be willing to assist and make necessary contributions to keep developing the institution with technological tools.
