Week 1 was challenging for me due to the new concepts discussed for the course. I have been now able to do more reading into the topics being shared by the trainer and this has helped me to assess the information being shared and discussed during our zoom sessions. The ideas didn't seem as useful in the beginning but I am understanding now what it means in a larger context. As a result of week 1 I will do more reading that has been provided and I would like to follow up on what are some other aspects of being a digital leader.
