Using technology is always faster as long as I have access to the internet. However it can only be useful if all my colleagues can also have access to technologies.
For work, I need to use computers and constantly have to be learning new things or new ways how to improve my skills in using computers.
I have to embrace learning as it never ends. I particularly enjoyed the zoom sessions and discussions with other teachers as they seem to be more exposed to use several apps.
The challenge that I am preparing myself for includes teaching other to use these tools. It will take alot practice but I believe that together we will be able to do this shift when we start to teach online.
It is not easy to balance all three personal, work and learning. However, I am willing to spend alot more time in exploring more apps and see what is more suitable for my students.
