Give and Recieve Feedback seems like a tool that can be utilized among teachers and also with students. This helps each individual to improve based on discussion and listening to others speaking. I would do a similar training to what has been given with exercises when teaching. I selected this because we do need feedback in order to grow and improve our work environment or teaching style. Students can also benefit from this as it requires that they reflect how they are doing.
