3 Goals to do as a DEL
1. Engage teachers in collaboration to share experiences
2. Encourage the practice of finding resources to help improve online teaching
3. Train teachers and students appropriately in the use of digital resources/tools.
2 Things I would change
1. Do more research and practice before using a resource/tool
2. Simplify the use of resources so as to have a structured system for online learning
What I would keep on doing is research and sharing my ideas with my colleagues.
