I would like to enroll and use this resource as a workshop with my colleagues as well as with my students because I am a believer that people need to engage in taking care of their devices at home and as well at work. The people in our community often take their devices to be technical mantained to  IT technicians but the prices are often high.  So if we as individuals learn how to take care of our devices we wont have people depending on technicians to help them fix their devices.Besides we will have more people getting involve in a small but important career in todays world.

I have used Berkeley's guide to evaluate the framework of the resource chosen. 

Authority: This resource was created and developed by Google and as well powered by Coursera. I have been using Cousera for almost 2 years and i know that Coursera is an American massive open online course. They offer a variety of courses.from different universities all around the world providing certificates to users after they complete their classes. 

Purpose: The course is designed for individuals with an interest to get involve as an entry-level IT Support Specialist.

Publication & Format: This course is the first of a series that aims to prepare you for a role as an entry-level IT Support Specialist. In this course, you’ll be introduced to the world of Information Technology, or IT. You’ll learn about the different facets of Information Technology, like computer hardware, the Internet, computer software, troubleshooting, and customer service. After you complete a total of 7 modules and 19 hours in this course a certificate of accomplishment will be sent as an evidence that you have learned and understood the concepts of IT.

Relevance: I believe that this course can help individuals to start understanding how important it is to take care of your devices and as well it will help them think in starting a business in this area of study.

Date of publication: i dont see a date of when it was published but based on the reading i noticed that it says that this course starts on December 12 

Documentation:  Based on the topic and information provided by Coursera it says that it is provided by Google.
