Hi Colleagues,
As we come to the end of this training, I can clearly see how much I have enhanced my digital literacy skills.
Three goals are:
1. I plan to engage in further research to prepare myself for the upcoming training of trainees.
2. Focus on building a positive digital footprint.
3. I endeavor to reflect on the activities I've completed to effectively plan how I will approach the upcoming training sessions.
Two things I will change in my practice are:
1. Monitor my digital footprint
2. Focus on my PLN to enhance my digital educational leadership skills
One thing I will keep doing:
1. Expanding my PLN
