Perhaps we could look for best practice examples or case studies of how to:
  1. Establish Clear Guidelines and Structure
  2. Promote Active Engagement and Diverse Perspectives
  3. Utilize Collaborative and Interactive Tools
  4. Provide Training and Feedback Opportunities
  5. Motivate Participation with Incentives

Anything else we can do to get students to actively participate...?
