Before i started the CDELTA training i was only concerned on my self. Not knowing that i have a very important role in my school as a digital education leader. Yes i did help the teachers but i was more focused on me. I will really continue doing few things i did right like helping students and teachers but also i will change my manner of thinking and not being self-fish. I do like learning new things since we as IT knowledge know that we can not stay with the same information every time. Things change and we have to update our minds just like we update our laptops or cellphones. After this training is over i will continue exploring the different tools presented by our trainee. I will also ensure that my friends and coo-workers learn to explore and venture more in this new technological tools so that they can upgrade their way of teaching.
