I choose Mr. Noble from our local District Education office. I was pleasantly surprised of his limited digital footprint. It is very refreshing to see someone keeping a low profile as it pertains to their personal life. Mr. Noble's professional and educational life was in full display on social media and other official ministry website. An alternative conclusion can be that he has a secondary profile which he uses as his personal profile.
I can conclude with the investigation I conducted that Mr. Noble's digital literacy is advanced, his digital identity is mainly professional, his footprint is present and mainly based on his open-source project and job occupation, his networks are based on his participation in the open-source project of Belize. To conclude, it may seem Mr. Noble has kept a low profile on the main social networks or he may be using an alternative account.
