Is the case for change being made in response to strengths and opportunities or a reaction to weakness and threats?

Mike's case is being made in response to strengths and opportunities.  The campus has WIFI and school has policies allowing users to bring digital devices to school.  The school has smartboards and other multimedia.  Laptops and tablets are necessities at this school.

Would your senior management support this case for change? Why?

Yes.  Slowly they are moving towards a digital classroom.  But the problem slowing it down, is the lack of internet in the homes of students as most of them are from villages.  But as the years progress, we are slowly implementing wifi in all the the campus.

Would your students support this case for change? Why?

Yes.  Students are not liking paper base learning.  With online videos, they can always go back and review content.

Can you identify who will be directly and indirectly affected by the changes?

Students will be  indirectly affected by the changes as they are used to technology.  Parents will be directly affected as they might have to pay more

Can you Identify what the impact of this vision will be on learning, teaching, students, lecturers, organisational structure, institutional reputation etc. ?

Being in a digital era, we will have students and members of the community who will be able to better use technology.  Teaching will be more effective as students will have the option to review material at their own pace.  This will allow students to learn more.
