The case for Donna seems to be an opportunity for strengths since it focuses on student’s abilities to use technology appropriately. Since this benefits students, senior management would support the case since it enhanced the students learning environment and the school’s mission statement. As an institution, senior management’s goal is to ensure that students are well prepared after completing their four years of studies. Most students would support this case since it is beneficial to them in term of learning a skill. Other would show negatively but if they are properly engaged in learning they will tend to support the case in due time. One issue is that parents and senior management will need to invest in time and resources to ensure that all partners are at the same level in learning together and engaging in peer helping. Teacher that have limited or no technology training will be the major party that will be affected by the changes. Some will not feel that they are not competent to the change or not have an open mind to learning a new concept. If a vision is to be implemented, they the institution would need to be prepare to become technology-enabled. It is important that the proper personnel is available to liaison with all partners to ensure that the goals and objectives are met.
