How will you be assessed?

For successful completion of the course you have to produce the evidence as listed in the course outline.

Assessment will include:

1. a quiz to demonstrate your knowledge
2. assignments to demonstrate your skills
3. posting on discussion forums to demonstrate your critical approach to what you or others read or produce (PowerPoint slides sets). Your level of participation in these discussion forums will be assessed, and forms part of your overall assessment for the course
4. evaluation of your PowerPoint presentation from a mentor/assessor
5. evaluation of your PowerPoint slides by your course facilitator

This is an "outcome based" course in the sense that you are either competent on the Learning outcomes, or you are not yet competent. There is no numerical grading. Three competency based badges will be awarded. They are explained in your Porfolio forum.

Print or download a copy and use it to carefully monitor your progress! Use the Q&A forum to note any issues you come across and share resources, ideas and tips in the forums associated with each week.
